Day 1:
- Monitoring Travel Team arrived in Don Juan and met up with Father Ron
- Picked up all of the materials and bacterial testing
- Tested chlorine at different sources
- Adjusted the knob on chlorinator based on previous chlorine data
- Started first batch of bacterial testing
- Met community members
Day 2:
- APMAE Meeting
- Analyzed previous day bacterial testing and started second batch of bacterial testing.
- Tested chlorine at different sources
- Adjusted the knob on chlorinator based on previous chlorine data and made sure chlorinator was working
- Checked up tinacos
- Installed new chlorine tank
- Tested new hand pumps
- End of day meeting
Day 3:
- Analyzed previous day bacterial testing and started third batch of bacterial testing
- Tested chlorine at different sources
- Adjusted the chlorinator based on previous chlorine data
- Assessed the situation with the existing solar panels
- End of day meeting
Day 4:
- Analyzed previous day bacterial testing and started fourth batch of bacterial testing
- Tested chlorine at different sources
- Adjusted the chlorinator based on previous chlorine data
- Ran workshops on water safety, water testing, and commercials
- End of day meeting
Day 5:
- Analyzed previous day bacterial testing and started fifth batch of bacterial testing
- Tested chlorine at different sources
- Adjusted the chlorinator based on previous chlorine data
- Hosted a closing bonding event such as mural painting with the community
- End of day meeting
Day 6:
- Analyzed previous day bacterial testing
- Tested chlorine at different sources
- Assessed bacterial and chlorine tests results
- Bonded with the community
- End of day meeting
- Everyone said their goodbyes as Monitoring Travel Team prepared to leave Don Juan
